こんにちは。秋山哲也です。

                                                                                                                                                             私とお茶との出会いは小学校4年生の家庭科の授業で習ったお茶の淹れ方でした。先生に「帰宅してから復習してください」と言われ、帰宅後早速　自宅にあった茶缶を開けた時に感じた　あの青い甘い香りに取りつかれ何度も香りを嗅いでいたことを覚えています。やがてお茶メーカーで働くようになってからもいろいろなお茶を購入し、お茶を使用したお菓子を食べ　お茶に夢中になっていました。私が成長した時代は多くの清涼飲料水やインスタント食品が次々登場し　コンビニエンスストアがいたるところにあり、いつでもいろいろなものを購入することができた時代です。便利な反面、暴飲暴食、栄養も偏りがちになることもありました。そのような生活の中で、私を広く包み込むように守ってくれたのが「お茶を飲む習慣」だったと思っています。お茶のすばらしさを話せば延々と長引きますのでこの辺にしておきますが、私はこの素晴らしいお茶を世界中に広めたいと思い　細々と活動しております。皆さまも　少しでも　ご興味を持っていただけたらこれからも引き続き「茶臼の空間」をよろしくお願いいたします。

While convenient, it also led to binge eating and poor nutrition. I believe that the habit of drinking tea has protected me throughout my life. It would take forever to talk about the wonders of tea, so I'll leave it here, but I want to spread this wonderful tea all over the world, and I'm doing my best.
